Cinnabar Vineyards and Winery - One of the stars of the area, the estate area is 55 acres, planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and a bit of Petite Verdot. Cinnabar now offers wine tasting in their downtown Saratoga Tasting Room.

Cooper-Garrod Estate Vineyards - The Coopers and the Garrods are two of the pioneer families in this area. The 28-acre estate vineyard and winery specializes in Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Viognier.

Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards - A charming Tasting Room with a wonderful gift shop and the original winemaker's villa on the hilltop. The estate vineyard sits on 58 acres, with 15 acres cultivated to five award-winning varietals: Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Carignane, Zinfandel, and Chardonnay. The Zinfandel plantings date to 1910, and the Cabernet Franc plantings are California's oldest.
